For the longest time I always remember seeing unboxing reviews of iPhones and a SIM removal tool being included in the box. I just received my iPhone 5s a couple of days ago and there was no SIM removal tool. Can anyone here confirm whether or not it is supposed to be included? More specifically, is the SIM removal tool included with the Verizon iPhone 5s?

If in fact it is not included, is this something Apple has recently done to change package contents?

FWIW there were none to be found when I purchased a s and c, the sim cards came already installed. However this was on TMO not Verizon.
The rep said they didn't come with headphones, but when I got home to set them up headphones were in the cases.

I've never received one with any iphone I've bought. I think they only shipped with one specific model and it was reported at the time that it was only included because apple were playing with "liquid metal" and the tool was a test bed.
