After doing some searching and emailing the new basebands 2.10.xx, 3.10.xx, and 4.10.xx are now unlockable. Jailbreak or Unlock iPhone4
Or you can use the Gevey sim.
I emailed them and they have software for customers starting at $10 (including support for new basebands)
Anyone have success? My sister has an iPhone4 9I'm on Droid X) and not sure if it's official.
