Mobile Conferencing Equivalent?

I'm considering all my options on my next upgrade. There are a few BlackBerry Apps I use many times a day, every day, and I want to be comfortable that there's an equivalent app on whatever platform I may move to. I'm posting the same Q on the Android board as well.

Is there an equivalent to "BlackBerry Mobile Conferencing"? Basically an app that scans calendar entries for conference call info and allows you to automatically join a call with one click (i.e., dials the number, pauses a few seconds, then enters the participant/host code automatically).
