i have a iphone and just use i tunes for that but i have now purchased a itouch for my partner and was wondering can i put 2 itunes on a pc or can u pick profiles cause our music taste is far apart and i like to just sync everything for quickness??

I haven't used PCs in a while, but wouldn't making a new/different Windows user enable you to keep your syncing separate?

Yes, seperate users with seperate iTunes programs. Easy and still fast syncing for both of you.
