The funniest part was the $12,000...haha, a $12,000 cell phone.... More than the average used car.

Why do the Storm and Tour have sim cards? Is there a way to get it activated and use in an unlocked iPhone?

There is NO WAY TO MAKE AN IPHONE WORK ON VZW. You could run an unlocked iPhone on TMO or another GSM carrier but never on VZW or any other CDMA carrier.

That is because the Storm and Tour are both "world phones" and have both technologies in them.

They work on CDMA while in North America and roam on Vodafone(Verizon's partner) on their GSM network.

I don't have Verizon, but I always wondered what the Sim Cards were for.. Thanks.
