Just got my iPhone a few days ago and one thing I miss coming from a BB is a visable wallpaper that is on the home screen.

Im wondering if there is a theme of some sort that will allow me to pick a picture and set it as the background but have icons that are seni clear so the pic is visable.

If there is does the phone have to be jb for it to work because mine is not.

I just started searching but I figured what better place ot ask than here

Go to MacThemes
I am sure you will find what your looking for.
If you do want 'semi clear' icons, you will need to jailbreak.
My suggestion is to use the icons from: Glasklart 3.5 - 4450+ icons
The icons on his theme are semi transparent

I'm using the ipad theme, clean look and shrinking the icons clean it up. 5 icon dock is good as well. Highly recommend categories folder, very useful.

You need to jail break. Search for it on google or on here. There are plenty of guides that will tell you what you need to get themes to work. First step is a jailbreak though.
