The Apple iPhone as ONE device has reached Juggernaut status ("Lord of the universe").. meaning as far as sales goes..no one device can even come close to it.

RIM, Palm.. and all other phone manufacturers PRAY Apple does not come out with more than ONE phone.. as the share market would be GAME OVA!

Yup. And they don't want it to come out on several carriers either. Once that happens, it's literally over! They don't need a bunch of models over several carriers to get market share. They have one device one carrier and the figures are staggering when compared to any one device on one carrier. Once they sure up the business privacy concerns, in 2-3 years, it will have around the same market share, if not more than RIM.

Agreed. If the iPhone comes to Verizon, RIM, Google, Microsoft and Nokia are going to have to step up there game a lot. I can see the iPhone coming to Verizon and just taking over the US market.

Its amazing how dominate the iPhone is under ONE carrier. As stated earlier, if multiple models of the iPhones AND/OR the iPhone goes to different carriers, then GAME OVER! Heck, at the rate its going under AT&T, in 2 years, it was going to catch RIM, lol.

It's expected... good device. I'm surprised all this is happening with the iPhone only being on AT&T in the US. AT&T sells more than all other countries... if Verizon got it as well, the iPhone would be 2nd only to Nokia and by a very small margin.
