Very good read, and something that RIM can easily take advantage of. RIM is bringing its innovation back, and has gone through this transition that Apple is faced with now. Stale OS, products that are just iterations of current, well received products (the curves being the biggest issue with that), and the search for something new. Lets hope the general consumers can be bothered enough to try this.
