hi everyone
i've been using my ip4s for 2 weeks, most of things work right for me except when i receive a call sometimes it shows "+4 (163) 456-78-9" instead of "+1 (416) 345-6789"
is there anyway to set up to show the country code "+1" ?
thanks
Most likely to be a glitch in the incoming data so there is nothing you can do about it within the phone. I get similar problems here in UK where the first digits (country code) may or may not be transmitted. It seems to hit mostly US-originated calls from the same user, and occurs at random.

thanks for your help guys
i tried "factory restore" few times but didn't help, now i found out the problem was from some of the VOIP such as MagicJack numbers, not all VOIP giving the weird #s. the rest are fine.
@AP, you mention "International Assist" but i can't find in Settings>Phone. all i find is Settings>General>International>Region Format, is it possible in some other settings?
thanks again
i'm sorry, i meant i can't find "International Assist" in Settings>Phone. in there it only has "My Number, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Show My Caller ID, SIM PIN, and at the bottom is Rogers iPhone Page"
sometimes we're not very proud being a Canadian
BTW, my problem happen when someone call me from MagicJack VOIP phone only.
thanks very much for your help
the thing i don't understand is my daughters, one has ip4 & other with ip4s never seen this on their phones. i asked the person with the MagicJack phone to call to our 3 phones, my daughters' received the call with correct #, & my with missing #1 after the + sign
maybe mine is 32 gb & my daughters' are all 16 gb ones
