iPhone 4 multitasking ?
I just got my I4 and had a question on the multitasking feature. How do I know if I have apps running in the background and how do I properly close them? For example, when using pandora, I have noticed when going back to it after doing something else it starts the song where I left off, I don't remember it doing that when I had my 3G. This is what makes me think that I'm not closing it properly and it is still continually running. Thanks

press the home buton twice to see running apps. hold your finger on the icon to close them..
You can disable multitasking and there are shortcuts in closing but the phone will need to be jailbroken.

Ok I tried that and all it does is shows all the apps and when I tap it, it opens it up.

You gotta hold it down like when you move icons around.

yeah. and then they get all giggly and you can knock off whatever you'd like.

If you don't see the play sign, then its not running in
the background. Same goes for the gps and VoIP
apps.
The top right of the screen, you'll see exactly what I'm
referring to.

Ok so when I held down on the icon a minus sign should up in the top left hand corner of each icon, then I tap the minus and it disappears. But when I open another app and then hit the home button to get out of it, it will still show up if I double click the home button. Does that mean it's still running?
