    i recently had to exchange my iphone and the new one they gave me seems to be a little bit slow and less responsive??

    do they usually give you a brand new phone or is it refurbished??

    how do i make sure they calibration on the phone is correct??

    under the 30day rule it should be brand new, beyond that it may be refurbed

    If its a 3Gs and they just came out 3 weeks ago I doub't you got a refurb. What you got was a new service replacement phone without the retail box.

    If it is really lagging then try a restore, seems to fix a lot of the lag. It will delete all media though, just a warning. And back-up before doing it so your data will be put back on

    Even if it was a refurb they sometimes are better then the new because apple tests them to me sure that they are working. If it came out of a little white box it's a refurb. You should google 3g/3gs boxes you'll see what the new ones should look like.
