Interesting. I guess time will tell. I was just curious why someone would think they will out sell the original size iPad, especially an apple fan. I do prefer the smaller size for most of what my use is but sometimes when at home I think something a little larger would be nice.

I don't really want 2 tablets though.

ipad owners really got screwed over with that retna model. just short few months and it is already outdated. but the best part is that apple new products are not so exciting as they used to. apple comparing ipad mini with google nexus by name. wow. apple needs to feel heat.

i actually sold my ipad 2 and got an android tablet cause the mini wasn't announced yet, but i think i'll keep it. no use in fixing what isn't broken.

LOL well my experience with Apple fans is limited to here so my view is skewed by that and most said when the pb came out "fail, too small to be useful" or something to that effect.

I think you'll find it was a handful of fanatics that said that, I personally had two playbooks.

i bought an ipad cause it suited my needs at the time, but after taking it on an overseas trip, i found it to be clunky and hard to hold in my tiny girl hands. so i got a toshiba excite 7.7 and i love it
