This is nothing new for Apple...try buying a case for an iPood Classic! I have four of them and the only good news is that I know when I order a case it will fit one of them anway...lol!

Just bought a white iphone and i can confirm all of my cases fit, even the snug ones. Its not enough of a difference to make a difference.

The difference is 0.02mm in thickness. Not enough to even post about!

I would be curious to know if it works with Otterbox Defender Series. Not really planning on getting white iPhone 4, but maybe an upgrade eventually . . . would be kind of cool to have white iPad and white iPhone, still would use Otterbox 90% of the time when out and about.

I work in a lab and I used our calipers to measure my white iPhone 4 and my co-worker's black iPhone 4 and they were dead-on the same.

I hope you folks in the lab don't need to measure anything for your job. If so, you may want to go back to caliper training class.
