    So, I had previously paired my iPhone and my wife's iPhone, but wanted to change the name associated with the phones. So, I deleted them from the car's list of phones. Now, after correcting the user names I can't get either phone to re-pair to the car again. Is it a phone problem or a my link problem? I did the factory reset option in my link - didn't help. Frustrated Bob

    have you rebooted the phones? Use the voice feature in your car to pair the phones.

    You need to reset both the phone's and your car 's bluetooth settings in order to re-pair the devices.
