You can not without jailbreaking devices. I'm not saying .pxl you can, but non Apple games, you need to jailbreak for that. TiPb.com and macrumors are good places to start your search.

I'm not sure you can install those type of files. From what I know, you can only install .app files through ssh or .ipa files via iTunes.
