I was eagerly awaiting the release of the 3.1 in hopes of MMS to the iphone but i downloaded it and NOPE!!...i was wondering when/if anyone knows of any upcoming updates for the MMS coming soon to put this on the phone?

yeah i read that online also but i seen "update 3.1 is available" im like sweeeeeet and was like maybe a early release but NOPE lol

no they are just prepping for it, have to add stuff of the os to make it send mms

They'll prob release 3.1.1 after sept 25th

MMS is working right now. I have MMS working on my iPhone. There have been rumors going around that AT&T is rolling it out by region. September 25th is the set date for it to be officially released by AT&T. And no, it doesn't have to be 3.1.1, all that needs to be pushed out is a carrier file/update, nothing for the OS.

I'm not saying it should be working in your area, but it is working for some people now.

I also have MMS on my phone...just go to a certian macrumors site and youll find it there.
