Sun company, creator of the program " java" is suing google for using java on it's android system. They could be looking at more then 1 billion dollars. Details are still coming in, but this will be a huge blow to google if it is accepted by the courts.

It's not really an issue. Google can afford the $1 billion easily and hardly dent its bottom line in any meaningful way.

thats very odd! why not they sue the danger which java on the danger OS system before this?

Yeah they " can " afford it. But its is also taking a toll on stock price. Which was 504 $ a share, and is now $488.
