    You can not downgrade from 4.0 to 3.1.3.

    Unless you saved your SHSH in cydia. If
    you did, then I'm sure you wouldn't have
    had this question.

    Try umbrella to get your shsh off the apple server before they stop signing 3.1.3

    Google is your friend

    I just tried & it works but you'll need your ECID # off the phone...Google for that as well

    Why are you downgrading anyway. IOS 4 is very good.

    Because gmail with Exchange doesn't sync more than 50 contacts and having calendar issues...
