I just downloaded a SMS theme that has custom keyboard for winterboard. When I applied it in winterboard the background and text bubbles work but the keyboard is still the default one. Do I have to do something else to get the keyboard to work?

Did you setup the keyboard under settings? Keyboard then international keyboards and enable it?

The keyboard themes no longer work on the iPhone.

^^^^^The OP's phone is JailBroken and yes you can change themes and etc.....

Going from only using emoji there should be a keyboard with the name of the SMS app. Also in winterboard make sure the theme is checked and moved to the top of the list. If not then you can't change it sorry.
