I have a Roger's Iphone. And I would like to get it to work on AT&T network. Apple told me it could not be done because Roger's is based out of Canada and I would not be able to use it in the States/ but I figured they don't know jack !

You would need to unlock the subsidy restriction. You will at least be able to use SMS and voice. That is all that ATT would be required to provide. Data will be hit and miss.
i am a newb with all of this. How do i got about doing this then ?
