    any help?


    it's still under warranty but i was using it with t-mobile with the turbo Sim card.
    i tried many options like restoring it, resetting.
    nothing helped.

    any advise?

    DFU mode? Connect the iPhone to your computer, hold the sleep/wake button and home button until just before the silver apple appears--AFTER the slide to turn off (don't do this!) but just before the silver apple would pop up. Then, release the sleep/wake button, but keep holding down the home button. If you get it right, iTunes should say it registers an iPhone in recovery mode. It may take a few tries to get it right. It took me five.
