Blackberry to Iphone4

I am currently in the process of switching out of RIM to an Iphone4 first time i haven't had a blackberry in a long time. I was googling and couldn't quiet find a way to copy just my contacts from my adress book to my computer directly so i can put them on my iphone4.

is there anyway i can do this?

or even a way i can backup my blackberry and open the backup file to see all the contacts i will write them in one by 1 if i have to

Sync you BB with outlook or gmail (google sync). You can then either A itunes to outlook to get your contacts or setup a gmail account as exchange and get your contacts.

download google sync for your BB and sync your contacts. then in itunes, click on the info tab of your iphone and say "import google contacts"
