    Yeah and everyone that I talk to doesn't seem to have an issue so I may just have to do an exchange at best buy! Other than this issue I love this phone! No going back to bb that's for sure

    Jebulls, did you do the reboot as AP suggested? I never even thought of that but I guess some bb knowledge can be applied here as well. When in doubt reboot

    If you are experiencing battery issues. I would say no sync the phone to iTunes but do not restore and see what battery life is.

    Settings, iCloud, Storage and Backup, Manage Storage, then delete.

    Look at the title it could be an app. The one to be concerned about is if the modem is crashing and recycling. That will kill the battery as it is looking for signal ever time it crashes.
