Apps for learning languages

Are there any good ones? For learning Japanese and Spanish. I have a 16GB iPhone 4, I'm sick of not being able to do anything cause there's no space. So I started deleting through my 4000+ pictures, deleted about 6 or 7 learn language apps, some games like Sonic Ep II Lite (this alone was 400MB), something about beating up sack boy and putting it on Facebook, other games, exercise apps, Hoot Suite etc. Now I have about 500MB and wanted a small, but useful app if there are any.

I have one app left, a Japanese one, lite version and it gives you 1 free word a day. You can listen to the pronunciation and record yourself saying it.
