It's unfortunate that a CEO apologizing for a product not living up to consumer expectation is such a rare event now days. Apple has apologized several times in the past for iOS and other missteps in general.

That's twice in two 'new' iOS's in less than a year that Apple has embedded rough Beta products. If you must offer a Beta, build a category in the App Store for them and let the user choose to install / uninstall it from there.09-30-12 07:54 PMLike 0
