1. How can I find out if I still have a warranty and what's actually covered in that warranty? I have two hairline cracks at the bottom corner on the back of my iPhone 3G and also missing the volume buttons, can I get a refurbished one?

2. Is there a way to down grade back to 3.1.2? This 4.0 is super slow and freezes alot. Gets very frustrating!
