According to Verizon they have sold 2.2 million iPhones. Not too shabby for a device that's almost a year old over less than 3 months.

Verizon Wireless posts strong Q1; churn down, data revenues up, 2.2M iPhones activated [Updated] | BGR

260k were only recorded so far just for that report. The rumor is over 500k TBs up to this point. That's nowhere near 2.2 million. We need to see actual numbers and not just "this analyst says so".

Verizon is an awesome company with great customer service! I now wish I would have waited and bought the iPhone through them. But luckily no complaints with AT&T so far.
