they have several apps in the market that can do this actually
The current speech to text is nothing like in ICS. It dictates word for word in real time unlike current Android were you speak, wait and hope what you spoke is translated correctly.
have you got a link to a video of that real time processing in action?
I'm unaware of any "must have" features, at this point. please let me know if there are some awesome new features.
There's not a phone made 2day that has "must have features",its features we perfer IMO.As far as awesome new features,I say google samsung nexus and get back with us and let us no what u think-ME-this is my nexus phone I will have.

+1. I can't wait till we start getting some ports happening. Depending how my Atrix is with the new ICS, I could see myself hanging onto this phone for even longer than I already have (at least until quad core's start dropping lol)
Hardware acceleration, faster speeds, and other little changes that I haven't bothered to look up but know will be surperior to GB just like every new version of Android is better than the last.
