Keeping in mind its a Beta, but they are releasing the update.
quick notes. No surprises so far. everything seems to run smoothly, security patch is September. not the newest but better.
I'm hoping to have a Titan under the Christmas tree. How do you opt in to the beta program?
you have to send them an email. link on their facebook page
Unfortunately, the BlackBerry keyboard suffered a lot from the upgrade (beta). No more autocorrection, word suggestions only when the virtual keyboard is displayed and a lot more ...I hope that the keyboard software will be further developed with the new 5G device from OM and that it will also work well on the Titan again.
The Android 10 update is available to all now. However, Unihertz indicates "there are still some uncertain issues under investigation currently".
Anyone know if these "uncertain issues" are major enough to delay updating until they're fixed?
Biggest problem I've seen is with Android Auto not working properly. Not sure if it worked on 9 as I updated to 10 on purchase.
Android Auto works with 9 on my Titan.
I use the Titan over the Key2 for the car because my Key2 is hit and miss with android auto, mostly miss and often hangs the car interface for the wife's CarPlay which she isn't pleased about.
So I stick with the Titan for Android auto. If 10 doesn't work for AA with the Titan I'll need to pause and reflect about loading 10 right now :(
oddly enough Ive had better luck with android auto since the 10 update. just had to clear the cache after the update.
What kind of car or head? I have a GMC Canyon and always seem to have trouble with MediaTek phones.
Could be a problem with compatibility with my vehicle. Others report similar issues while others do not. Even on 9. I bet if it works for you now it will work after upgrade.

The download package confuses me. I don't want to brick my phone so I requested for the OTA push per UniHertz's email, Option1.
Once I get the push, I'll update and let you(s) know what happened. 2020 Dodge Challenger btw.
Just follow the instructions and install from file:
"Or you can directly download the official Android 10 OTA package here:

Important Notice:
Upgrade from Android 9 to Android 10 is a platform level upgrade and we strongly recommend all users to back up important data before upgrading.
After the upgrade, the system may take some time to rebuild the database so there will be some small probability issues, such as malfunction of ringtones, incoming calls, etc. The phone can work normally after the system is automatically rebuilt. This may take a few hours or a day or so.
You need to flash the device back to Android 9 by yourself if you don’t want to use Android 10 anymore.
If you have any other issues during the update, please contact [email protected] and we will help you with it."
You have to check the hardware version and then decide which file to choose:
"Build number:
Please check your Build number first.(MENU: Settings->System->Advanced->About phone->Build number)
Build number->Titan_EEA->choose EuropeanUnion_EEA_TTEU-01->2020xxxxxx_g61v71c2k_dfl_eea-ota.zip
Build number->Titan->choose None_EEA->2020xxxxxx_g61v71c2k_dfl_tee-ota.zip"
You find the correct file in the "Android 10" folder for your hardware version.
I just installed it and it works very good!
Thanks for the detailed directions.
The upgrade actually came OTA today and installed perfectly. Took a while to download though at 1.5 GB.
I really don't see a lot of change from Android 9 and I haven't noticed the uncertain issues mentioned by UniHertz. Caveat being I haven't used the phone much yet.
Android Auto was working fine for a short spin around the neighborhood.
