Basically what the title says. My screen on my incredible isn't operable anymore.. can I wipe the phone via usb?
Don't really feel like sending back into Verizon with all my information on it.

Also, I have the phone plugged into my pc now and I can not find any pics stored on my phone memory? Are they gone forever or which folder are they in?

yes you do need android sdk tools installed on your computer
heres the instructions to do that if you dont already have it installed

once thats installed open a terminal then goto
\folder\tools\
folder=where you installed sdk tools
then type
adb shell
format DATA:
format SYSTEM:
format CACHE:
