Yes I have it and what I have realized after the update is that my phone is slightly snappier in the home screen and other areas but unfortunately I have the sms awake error!

What does the About screen show for Firmware Version after the update? My wife's Eris shows 1.5 after the update, but I thought that's what it was before the update?
The sms awake error is when the default sms app causes your droid to stay awake even though your screen is dimmed and this causes serious battery drain. All you have to do to fix it is to download handcent sms and turn the default sms app notifications off and reboot. Mine says 1.5 as well but I think the kernel version changed or something of that sort!
