What's up guys, any idea why I'm not getting any of my notifications? I have no idea what's going on fb. Unless. I click the fb app goto notifications and hit refresh.

Seems to be a common issue. My FB notifications were hit or miss. I stopped them and downloaded the latest version of Bloo from the Market. Much better then the preinstalled FB app.

I'm not sure there is any fix for the notification issue on the preinstalled app. If you look at many Android/Droid forums, there are a multitude of people with this issue, and not apparent fixes.

Try Bloo. The current Beta is Free and much better.

bloo really is the best fb app to use. I would turn off native fb and add bloo.

Does bloo give you notifications? i have just been getting my email notification and then checking FB but its kind of annoying to go through all that.

Yes they give you notifications. every 1min, 2min, etc.

Have you guys tried Blabber? Whats the difference between Bloo and Blabber?

I havent tried blabber, but fwiw bloo hasnt failed me in the few days I've had it so far. Matter of fact it works to well. Seems like I get a notification every minute or so.

The only thing I miss from the FB app from BlackBerry on my Droid is being able to tag photos when uploading. Anyone figure this part out yet?

I was searching the forum for a friend who has a BB Curve for "not getting notifications" and found this thread. My question is does crackberry.com also have great insight into Android phones as well? When I joined this forum I had a Storm through VZW but have soon since switched to Sprint and have the Hero.
