It should push to you eventually OTA regardless whether you're running a custom ROM or stock. When your device syncs with Google, and your account is tagged as ready to be pushed to, it will check your market version vs the update version, and push accordingly.

It just may take a while as they only push a certain amount each day, and there's a boatload of android users to push to.

I run CM7 myself, and just downloaded it and installed the apk manually from the link at Android Central.

The only thing that sucks so far is that carrier billing seems to have disappeared. I tried following a method to get it back, but to no avail. Hopefully it's fixed soon.
