Dear Titan lovers,

With the help from all the Friendly users, we had finished the testing of the new update and the official release of Android 10 update is now available!

Although we had fixed most of the reported issues during the update there are still some uncertain issues under investigation currently. It may take some time so we decided not to push the update to all the devices at the moment.

For those who are willing to try Android 10 update, there are 2 ways to get it now：

1. Please send IMEI numbers( 2 IMEI Numbers) and Build number(Settings->System->About phone->Build number) of your device to service@unihertz.com and we will push the update to your device via OTA.

2. Or you can directly download the official Android 10 OTA package here:

Important Notice:

Upgrade from Android 9 to Android 10 is a platform level upgrade and we strongly recommend all users to back up important data before upgrading.
After the upgrade, the system may take some time to rebuild the database so there will be some small probability issues, such as malfunction of ringtones, incoming calls, etc. The phone can work normally after the system is automatically rebuilt. This may take a few hours or a day or so.
You need to flash the device back to Android 9 by yourself if you don’t want to use Android 10 anymore.

The KEY² has 87 variants. The KEY² LE has 82 more.

The Titan has 1 device with 2 software variants - one NA, and the other RoW.

Works well for me. Only real problem I have is with Android Auto. Freezes up.

At least as of now the update file they've provided is the same. Some in the Facebook group think a newer file will be dropped at some point. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Your right on all points but one...................they did not sucker people in with the BB name and again another dead end phone. Just like the new 5 G model coming out...................and I love my BB but this is getting old.

I don't have any problems with Android 10. It's running very smooth and I really like the dark mode which includes all the system settings in black and a free color for the font.

Hi I've got two days more autonomy when upgrading to Android 10 !!! Now 4 days when pro use and 6 days domestic use. Quite good !

Hate to burst the bubble, but its been out for about 6 weeks. You had to request the update. But yes its here and it works, the newest update just pushed out as well added dark feature to almost everything that did not have it.
