Is it possible to sync Android devices with iTunes, like you can with BlackBerrys?

I use DoubleTwist, visually its a knock off of itunes, but the software syncs your desktop (music, vids, pics) to your phone. Worth checking out at least.

Thank you both. I'm going to try doubletwist today. I downloaded media monkey yesterday and I'm pleased with it. How do I sync with MediaMonkey? I haven't found that option yet.
