The Dell Streak might be a little big at 5".
Maybe 4.1" is just right.

I think it is awesome, but they should make the amoled screen and put 2.2 OS on it instead of 1.6..

My thoughts exactly.
The regular LCD screen just doesn't compare to Samsung's superAMOLED, color-wise.

Well, it's not LED, it's OLED, but probably not AMOLED.
It's expected release should be late enough that Android 2.2 is a possibility.
