It's going to be my first Android and on my second line (mostly stays home) so size is no problem .

Price for Dell: $149 and for Samsung $99
I am getting this as an early (very early upgrade )

Well i am already under contract...there just giving me the choice of any phone i want for the contract price.

Wait for Atrix, if you can. Then you can really compare phones. Wait, does you carrier have the same phones as AT&T?

If you have to get one today, I'd get the captivate. I for one have nothing but problems with my captivate but tons of people live it. I've had the streak but that was on launch date. So who knows what its like now.
Otherwise, I'd wait & check out all the 4g phones. They're doing the same thing for me since I've had to go through 6 captivates, 2 torches & half of an HTC surround.
