I hace just started to use the company qwerty keyboard on my Hero just for the fun of it and now I am starting to really enjoy it. I hardly make any mistakes now, that's awesome. I think that with my night thumbs the extra room really benefits me. Anyone else use it? I had actually forgotten that it was an option.

I am back with the compact qwerty. I have been able to practice with it. LIttle and now it works great. I had to make sure I had the XT9 on. I was making a lot of mistakes before because it was off it has really helped me improve my typing accuracy. I think that this is my answer to typing in portrait mode. The done thing to be careful of is not accidentally hitting the abc. This will throw everything off. Also remember that sometimes the same sequence of letters can spell different words. Other than that, everything seems to be great with the compact qwerty.
