I found an article on one of the Android forums that had a zip file and instructions on how to install but the version in the zip file was for a different sized device. When I installed the app said that it was not optimized for my screen size, the keyboard showed up in portrait mode but I was not able to get a swyped word populated.

Thanks, I actually did do a google search but everything I found was about the Beta that is closed. I guess I just needed to use different search terms.
