    I still have a Galaxy note 3, and I had bought some apps for, but when looking at the via snap on my PP some are ok for free download but some not, why is that?

    SNAP gives you the ability to get your paid apps? I thought that was a feature only on Cobalts.

    Ah that makes sense, so I have to get that onto my PP, can both exist on device, cobalt and snap?
