i never personally experienced this but it looks like Google is pushing this OTA to Nexus S (with Nexus One coming soon as well)... BUT, if you're rooted, and using the latest CM7 nightly, it's been integrated into it... i'm not sure what other custom Gingerbread ROMs has it though
