Thank' s a lot, i've just installed this patched version and all is ok now ...

I don't know why i never can updating the blackberry keyboard (only this app !) with the blackberry manager (the error message "file not available" always appears at the first begining of the dowmload process ) !?

It seems to be an ip restriction problem. Can you download it when using an US vpn connection?

Hi Cobalt,

I tried to give you logs with Google adb logcat captured when i want to install or/and update blackberry keyboard with Blackberry Manager.
I put two txt files in zip folder "logs.zip" in attachment here .
google adb logcat_Error_No Filters (install or update blackberry keyboard with blackberry manager).txt
google adb logcat_Verbose_No Filters (install or update blackberry keyboard with blackberry manager)

Hope that it can help you to tell me if you see something wrong about my blackberry keyboard update/install (error message : "file not available)"

Hi Stephan. From your logs I can read that the download for keyboard is refused by Play Store (403). I can't tell why just the keyboard refuses to download.

Also, there are a lot of errors from BlackBerry apps found in you logs that should not be.

Is there something special with your device?
