    Actually, cobalt, I've never had any issue with your BlackBerry Manager. I only use it to load BlackBerry keyboard on my S8+. Recently, while have been able to update BlackBerry keyboard, the update for BlackBerry Manager itself always crashes the app. Ideas?

    Downloaded file appear to be damaged.
    Already try the repair & try redownload it again the results still same.

    The update dialog of BlackBerry Manager tells to fetch the update from the website, doesn't it? 1.0.0.43 has a bug in the self updater that is fixed in 1.0.0.44.

    Are you running some kind of Antivirus app that prevents file access?

    No antivirus at all on my device, this only happen when I try download/update BlackBerry Hub+ Services. If other apps got update such as BlackBerry Hub, I can download it with no problem at all.

    Please look into the folder /BlackBerryManager/ on your internal SD card and remove all files in there. Then try again.

    It already sorts by installed apps first.

    On my LG G6, I installed BBM with BlackBerry Manager. I am not able to get Gympse and not to save taken photos using BBM to work. Was it because I decided to use BlackBerry Manager to install BBM? on my last phone (non BlackBerry branded) I installed BBM first , before installing BlackBerry Manager to download the other apps. I even tried uninstalling BBM and downloading it from play store - still a no go.


    Update: so I did a search search, and its a known issue. I already tried uninstalling BBM and downloading it directly from the Play Store, but it didnt work. How did the others get it working, or am I doing something wrong?

    Glympse doesn't work in the patched version because the signature has changed and the Glympse API key doesn't match. That's the downside of the patched bbm.

    All others bug's are same in patched or unpatched version. Emtek must fix that.
