I asked this question in another thread but didn't get any answers so I thought I would ask here. For about the last 2 to 3 weeks something changed in my Hub call logs. I was getting the correct icons for the different call types but now I only get the icon for missed calls, no matter what type of call it is, even outgoing calls. I don't know what broke my Hub call logs but the recent update didn't fix them, and neither did uninstalling the Hub and Services and then reinstalling. Any ideas?

Also, I don't know if I have ever had this, but I noticed I don't have a log in the Hub for voicemails. I know I used to get them on BB10.

no idea either ,once in a while i get a green icon but mostly it's red for missed calls

thank you so much cobalt. blackberry Services updated to 1.4.0.41706 and worked. seem Hub version 1.4.0.11740 is lag and very slow. version 1.3.1.11551 is much better (smooth). any one tested?

You get to see those options if you tap on an app icon in BlackBerry Managers app list (i.e. Keyboard)

- Battery saving options are to exclude Hub or Hub+ from doze mode. Only available on Anrdroid 6+
- Keyboard options are to configure keyboard (default keyboard and easy access to input & language settings)

The result: File not availeble.

hi Cobalt, it's exactly the same problem for me, after updating of BlackBerry Manager in version 1.0.0.34.
"File not available" when i want to update or repair installation of BlackBerry Hub+ Services (1.4.0.41.76). I precise i have tried re-checkin in BlackBerry Manager and several reboot of the smartphone.
Only old fixed 1.4.0.41525 version of BlackBerry Hub+ Services (named "... Infrastructure..... .apk) is on the repository.
what can i do ?

My BlackBerry Hub icon gone after updating the latest venison from the repository. Tried installing again from BlackBerry Manager, still same issue . What coule be wrong
