I was able to get hub up and running on my s6 but BBM is not on there as an account. How can I get it up and running in there?
Use the prepatched bbm from the repository. Remove old version of bbm before installing patched one.

I should be more precise: only Android 6.x or better is supported.

Instructions are in the first post. You have to grab a patched bbm from the mirror.

Can anyone using the Hub and something other than stock messaging tell me how I need to set things up so my group messages work correctly? I use Yaata and in the Hub when I try to open a group message, it will open a blank message screen in Yaata and I have to go completely out of the Hub and open the Yaata app to view the message. I just want my group messages to work in the Hub the way they did on my Z10.

Hi Cobolt..greats work on getting the hub working on android
Coming from bb10 I e tried pretty much all android email apps and they're all crsp compared to what we get with BlackBerry.

So finally decided to stick with Android just because of your app. Works great.

Just one suggestion is there a way you can optimize the screen display on android to show info similar to what we see in a z30 or a pejv screen. My android screen is 5.2" and the hub doesn't look as nice as in BlackBerry

    My hub screen
Working BlackBerry Priv apps for any Android device. [no root required]-uploadfromtaptalk1467951695328.png
Also when I read a text message from hub, it opens up my messaging app, but the back button doesn't takee back to the hub. Is this something you can fix or an android thing?

    Thanks

The hub looks exactly as on a Priv and it behaves exactly as on a Priv. The poor messaging integration is a known issue, but there will be an update for hub coming from BlackBerry to address that.

Is there a way to condense the gap between lines and show more of items in one screen? Also shorten the icon xolum on the left to increase the 2nd column to show more? Similar to how hub displays in z30 or leap

No, not unless BlackBerry decides to change that.

Anyone ever successfully updated hub or other apps through bb manager? Checking versions with the Priv it's few versions behind.
    On S7 its 1.2.2.10374
    On priv its 1.2.2.10513

When on the s7 i try to repair install it comes up with error file not found.

Anyone experienced the same thing. Love the priv but would never even touch another phone if it would have the same horsepower as the s7.

Update BlackBerry Manager. You seem to use an old version. Latest is 1.0.0.22.

    hey colbolt,

my hub died today. it stopped receiving emails (although the text was still working).

I uninstalled it by deleting it (the android way) then tried reinstalling using Blackberry Manager. it wouldn't download or install, so I thought I'd delete and reinstall Blackberry Services through the Blackberry Manager, but the reinstall isn't working either.

NEVERMIND - i deleted BlackBerry manager and reinstalled, then re-installed the other apps. Works fine now!

Simply go back to first page of this thread and click on blackberry manager link of cobalt. This way just install it over existing install.

    Hi Cobalt,
You are a lifesaver. SO good to have the Hub working. Just got a new Oneplus 3 and it seems to be working without any issues so far.
So ive installed the Blackberry Manager, Blackberry Services, Hub and Device Search. They all seem to be working fine.

However whenever i try and install the blackberry keyboard, all it says is App not installed. Any idea why this would be happening?

    Thanks
