I'm looking to build a very simple Android that will basically promote, and link to, my blog.

Not looking to make a fancy app. Some pics, verbiage, and links.

I have no experience building Android apps.

I found websites to build them for free... but you have to pay to publish them. A LOT!

I know I have to pay Google $25 to set up an account so I can upload and publish my apps. I'm fine with that.

Would just like to find a FREE site to build and save one.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!!

Android apps aren't Tumbler. Learn or pay that's it. There are many free resources for beginner app development like Udacity so get on it and don't cheap out.

I'm there are people at Android Central or even here that would make a simple app for you that cheaper than a website charges but you'd have to find them.
