    Snap doesn't seem to work with the new 10.3.3 update, it fails to open. Any ideas for a fix? Will there be an update or is it toast?

    Yep, doesn't launch for me either. Uninstall/re-install doesn't help.

    Version 3 that is. Version 2 would launch, but then tell me every time that my password had changed.

    I just recently paid for Snap. I don't mind supporting smaller devs in any way I can but I ordered this app well after the Dev OS was launched and I'm very surprised that no update was available by the time the OS officially came out. If this was a known issue how come the dev didn't reach out and tell anyone?

    When V3 was first launched it was sold for a suggested $2.99 minimum, a free version was launched later. I would imagine that most Crackberrians would have purchased the app as at the time everyone seemed so positive to support a developer who has really helped this community. Hopefully there will be an update soon.

    James is a very upstanding guy, I really doubt he is inclined to just "take the money and run".

    I suspect the fix is pretty simple, there really wasn't much in the way of massive changes in this OS build, just minor things and bugfixes.

    Apparently the last update was released just in October. You might try tweeting:
