Easiest solution is to install the Aptoide app store. It works flawlessly and can be installed using browser on your phone. Check it out and let me know

I installed play store on my passport from PlayStore 10 by cobalt and works fine. Thanks Cobalt! But after I download and install WeChat I can't login (says can't not connect server.....while LINE is working just fine). Is there anything that I missed maybe ? Thanks for the help !

Pretty sure that the newest Google Play version of WeChat will not work on the Passport. You will need to find an older version for it to work well. Try one of the older versions here: https://apkpure.co/wechat/

Download Wechat 6.2.2 old version and it works even still not very stable but good enough for my need. Thanks for the help !

My wife uses version 6.3.13 and she says it works quite well on her Passport. Glad you found something anyway.

She is using the latest 10.3.3.2205 (SR 10.3.3.1463) and is running very well. She also says that she cleans up her media files regularly. This means all the pics, videos etc that she gets on WeChat. You know, the regular meal pics and goofy videos etc that all her friends send. Some she will keep but most get deleted about every 2-3 weeks or so.

edit: I should tell you that she had been using that version of WeChat when she was on 10.3.2.2876 and had been happy there also.
