I'm guessing the solution is harder then what most people (non devs) realize. He's known about this for a while and seemed to be interested in fixing it but still nothing I guess. I wonder if BlackBerry is actually blocking the app from working with the latest update. My old BlackBerry z30 didn't get the update even though it's unlocked from BlackBerry but at this point I wouldn't even update it.

I'm all for supporting small dev and independent studios but this, for many, is a paid app but there seems to be a surprising lack of urgency to get this app in working order again.

It's been almost 5 weeks since Snap stopped working for me and I'm now immersed in Cobalt's Android solution, I got fed up of waiting. I'm going to hate asking for my money back.

agreed- I also purchased V3 to support a BB10 Dev. If it was such a nuisance, he should have just let it fade away, not collect money

Yeah, I'm not trying to make excuses for this. He should give some closure, refund or explanation (or both?) but also, remember, this is holiday season, so he may still work on it, who knows. Maybe we will get an answer in the new year. Here's hoping

I've given up waiting and deleted the app altogether, surely it can't be THIS hard to update an app and like I said earlier the only reason I paid for V3 was to support a BB10 dev. I'm back to Cobalt now and won't bother with Snap once the issues are sorted out but this experience is not going to affect me supporting other BB10 devs in the future.

Hope it gets sorted soon.

The dev has removed V3 from the download list which is the only version that has caused any issues. The biggest beef for me outside of it failing in the first place is the total and utter lack of communication from the dev as to some sort of fix, there has n't even been a '...I am working on it' for over 40 days now.

Good thing I only paid a dollar for snap and not more for "free upgrades". He never even responded back to a support email I had sent about my download link that expired a few months back when 3.0 just launched.... Great support (/casm).

I know that you stated V3 was removed (#49) but shortly after I saw your post, I went to the site and V3 was still up. I thought at the time that you may have been mistaken because I think I went there one day after you posted. Anyway, I have checked several times over the weeks and it has always been there. I sent James an email about 2 days ago asking him if he would at least remove the download so that people would not have to pay for something that does not work (on 10.3.3 , at least). It is still there, however.
edit: I do remember ONLY seeing V2.0.0.2 in the changelog however which I thought was strange.
