    Hi
I'm using BlackBerry Hub on a Note8 and sometimes I get a problem with Contacts which show the above message - why aren't they syncing with my Outlook account?
    Thanks in advance

Try copying them to your Outlook Account....

I've tried that but it does not give me the option.

I have the same problem on my Note 8.
Normally all my contacts and calendar sync flawlessly via an outlook account in the Hub. When I add a contact directly via the BB contacts app on the Note 8 I can choose the BB Hub outlook account and it will sync perfectly and will appear as saved in the outlook account. However, if I add a contact in the same account via the phone app (like create new contact from recent or missed calls) or via the Samsung snapbizcard app, then the contact will appear as saved only locally and it will not sync.
    Any help is much appreciated.
